In this document there is a JavaScript program that you may want to use to help
out the new users of your applications.
This function pops up a new window. Not very fancy, but it was worth its weight when I found it.
When you look at the source to this document, you will see that the 'Create New Window' button is not of type 'SUBMIT' but rather of type 'BUTTON'. This will therefore cause this form to be unsubmittable if JavaScript is not enabled in the user's browser.
