This Active Server Page may be used to determine what a given HTML form is trying to
ship to the web server. After this page displays what was given to the web server,
it allows you to "pass" the data given "thru" to a subsequent web server application.
Set the value of the "action=" parameter of any "<form...>" HTML element to the URL of this page and it will return to you the entire web server environment for that request. Then, in any "<form..>" that exists in that page, add a "hidden" variable of the following form (case is important here):
