This "look and feel" module was phased out in Feb. 2002.

This layout results in four horizontal lines, two close together containing the logo and the title area, two close together containing the copyright and the footer, with a vertical line separating the logo and title, left hand navigation and body, copyright and footers, respectively.

About the Logo

Given the site is called Redline, I'll trust here that the red stripe over the figure is pretty obvious. The figure is meant to represent the "Pointy Haired Boss" in our lives. As we all know, PHB's are known for setting up deadlines. Hence the logo. Many thanks to Scott Adams for divining the concept of the PHB and making it such a part of life through Dilbert.
